Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Since each item is custom made to order, all items purchased at One Truth Connected are considered final sale.  

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products sold, unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please review your items before making a purchase, as we are unable to accommodate returns due to personal preference or change of mind.

Please carefully inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps towards a resolution.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT/INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we apologize for the error and want to ensure that you get the correct item your ordered as soon as possible. Please contact us at Support@onetruthconnected.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a resolution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process. 

When contacting us, please include your order number in the subject line.  In the body of your email, provide your name and email address used on the order and the details regarding the original item you ordered and the item you received and attach any supporting photographs showing the damage or defect. Make sure to include the name of the product, color and size. This will help expedite the resolution process.

If the correct item is in stock, we will furnish a return label and send out the correct item without additional charges. If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, you can select another item of equal value or you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To begin the return process, please contact us at Support@onetruthconnected.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273This address is used only for product returns due to defective, damaged or incorrect product received.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Please note that the colors of our t-shirts as displayed on our website may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to differences in monitor settings and individual screen calibration. We strive to accurately showcase our products' colors; however, variations in lighting conditions and screen settings may impact the perceived color accuracy. 

Additionally, certain fabrics and dyes may result in slight variations in color between different batches of production. We recommend considering this information when making your purchase decision.
